After a five-year court battle, Canadian giant Mooshead convinced the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to revoke American microbrewer Grand Teton's 1992 trademark of the name Moose Juice. Apparently Moosehead worries that consumers would confuse Grand Teton's stout with Moosehead's Canadian lager.

Bright pale golden, thick head. INTENSELY skunked. Light, sweet, skunky. -

Pale golden, high carbonation, big head. Fairly nice malt aroma. Good body, malty-ish. Sweet but not sticky. No hop character whatsoever. No finish, either. As ICLs go, it's not bad.
