Red, thick head. Lots of caramel and some "Special B" raisiny aroma. Medium-light body, hugely malty but not very sweet. Grainy, especially in the finish.

Bright amber-brown. Thick tight head. Intense spicy Centennial hops! Big body. Sweetness at first is completely blown away by a BLAST of Centennial hop flavor. Real nice big bitterness. Hints of rye flavor along the way, but mostly it's a big spicy Centennial American Pale Ale.
