Brown opaque. Thick head. Big toasty malt aroma, with cloves. Medium body. Lots of banana, lots of clove, lots of dark Munich malt flavor. (This beer was brewed with nine different types of wheat, and no barley!) Real Tasty Dunkelweizen.

Medium body. Massive citrusy-spicy hop flavor and bitterness. Lingering bitter finish, really dry.

Very nicely balanced assertive beer.

Malty, graham crackers.

Mouthfeel (9)
Medium body, low carbonation. Creamy. Nice big caramel malt flavor. Earthy-fruity hops, mildly bitter.

Overall Impression (3)
We brought home a growler of this beer, which was filled under CO₂ and not nitrogen. The flavors and bitterness were a lot more assertive and in my opinion a lot tastier than the nitrogenated version.

Medium body. Really malty, biscuity. Spicy-peppery hop flavor shows up in the middle and dominates the finish. Fairly astringent at the end.
