It's got the "Bananas Foster" character, but it's very mild. First pour of the day?

Light, creamy, and fizzy. Lots of sweet wheat. Bready, yeasty. Esters are very subdued.Overall Impression (1)
More character than an American wheat beer, but it leans in that direction.
