      Black, thick tan head. Chocolatey aroma, with an oxidized odor of wet cardboard. Medium creamy body, chocolatey, roasty.

      Black, small tan head. Sweet aroma, some licorice, some chocolate. Good body, black and sweet and pretty roasty. Hop flavor shows up early and fades nicely to a sweet black finish.

      Dark yellow, hazy, big white head. Sweet, malty aroma. Pretty sweet, big malty flavor. Bit of hop flavor late, but not real well-balanced.

      Red-brown, fairly high carbonation, thick white head. Smoke aroma, maybe with some fusels. Smells vaguely like diesel fuel. Good body, good malt flavor. Some smoke, but not a lot. Sweet finish.
