      Deep golden, thick head. Sweet grainy malt aroma, mild noble hops. Light body. Big sweet grainy malt flavor with some DMS. Bigger and more assertive than, yet similar to, the Pilsner. Almost but not quite a Helles Bock.

      Bright golden, thick head. Sweet grainy malt aroma. Light body, lighter than Premium. Grainy malt flavor. Some noble hop flavor, very mild bitterness which grows slightly at the end. Sulfury, grainy finish.

      Bright pale golden, big thick head. Sweet malt aroma with mild noble hops. Light body. Big fairly sweet mildly grainy malt flavor start to finish. Very mild noble hop flavor and even milder bitterness at the end, with just a hint of DMS. Clean refreshing beer.
