Bright rich golden color. Nice thick head. Lots of Pilsner malt aroma, with some DMS. Medium body, fairly sweet and hugely malty. Very mild hop flavor and bitterness, but mostly toasty-malty. Brewed with "water, barley malt, hop, and corn".

June 2003 selection. Dark ruby red. Moderate head. Intense spicy aroma, tart and fruity. Light-medium body with a mouth-filling carbonation. Lots of caramel malt flavor works really well with the "Belgian" ("Dutch"?) spiciness and the Rodenbach-like sourness...there's even a hint of cherries in the finish. Wonderfully complex beer!
