Granville Island was established here as Canada's first microbrewery, but most of their beer is brewed in Kelowna now. They were also Canada's first beer-and-wine store, and the first packaging brewery to use longnecks instead of stubbies. There's a nice bar here that's worth a visit, and Dockside Brewing is a short walk away.
