This beer needs some time to smooth itself out. It's a collaboration betweeen Nøgne Ø and YoHo Brewing of Nagano, Japan. Bottle conditioned.

Floral. Lots of honey. Juniper.

Medium body, fairly fizzy. Sweet, biscuity malt, lots of honey. Mild juniper flavor grows toward the end, along with a mild bitterness.

You'd never guess it has 11% alcohol.
