Baderbräu and Wolaver's are brewed here, along with the full line of Goose Island draft and bottled beers and soft drinks. The Nut Brown Ale was discontinued in 2010, but it returned in 2012.

Thick, smooth, still. Fiercely malty. Sweet and toasty. Pleasantly warm. Lots of whiskey, oak, coconut. Plum, raisin. Sticky malty toasty fruity oaky finish.Overall Impression (3)

Thick, creamy, very low carbonation. Hugely malty and very dark. Raisins and roast. Big barrel character, with lots of charred oak. Plenty of whiskey flavor. Warming. Malty, dark, sweet, dark-fruity, bourbony finish.Overall Impression (3)
Great beer, just a bit too sweet for me.
