This "kleinste Brauerei der Schweiz" serves a plate of thinly sliced, very mildly spicy radishes alongside their beer. It's a great beer snack, and actually not a bad palate-cleanser. You can order a 200-ml glass of beer, or 300-ml, or 400-ml, or 500-ml, depending on just how thirsty you are. They're all unfiltered, natürlich trüb. Frohsinn taps a new beer at 5:00pm on the last Friday of each month. You can join the brewer for a taste of the new offering, a pretzel, and a couple of Weisswurst for CHF 13-. For a hearty snack, try the pretzel with smoked salmon!

Yellow, opaque. Big thick head.Aroma (3)
Mildly grainy, mildly smoky malt. Maybe just a hint of corn.Mouthfeel (7)
Light body, fizzy. Lots of malt flavor and sweetness. Maybe some corn flavor, but it's well-disguised by the diacetyl.Overall Impression (1)
Too bad...it's probably quite a good beer otherwise.
