      Bright deep golden. Nice thick head. Mild toasty malt aroma. Medium-big body, fairly low carbonation. Hugely malty, sorta sweet. Warming finish. Mildly spicy from the alcohol. Some fruitinessw. Dangerously subtle strong beer. Reminds me of Rubicon Winter Wheat Wine and Marin Weizenbock.

      Bright red-brown. Thick head. Spicy, peppery, coriander, cumin aroma...very Wit-like. Light body, very fizzy. Big caramel flavor supports lots of spiciness, lots of coriander. Some alcohol in the spicy finish. Tastes like a cross between a Wit and a Dunkelweizen.
