Bright red. High carbonation. Huge head.

Aroma (3)
Earthy. Mildly tart. Chocolatey.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, fizzy. Grassy and tart. Unexpected milk chocolate note. Earthy like a Saison, and tart like a Flanders Red.

Overall Impression (2)
Interesting beer, brewed in collaboration with TRVE Brewing as a "Sour Red Farmhouse Ale".

Sweet and black. Some coconut.

Mouthfeel (10)
Big and smooth. Sweet. Not as roasty as the aroma, but insanely malty. Reminds me of a dark Thomas Hardy's Ale. Nicely warming.

Overall Impression (3)
Phenomenally rich and complex and warming beer. (Nine bucks for 13 ounces, and worth every dime.)

Medium body, smooth. Nicely malty, with a grassy hop flavor. Fruity, low bitterness. Lots of earthy yeastiness. Nicely balanced.
