Golden, hazy, big thick head. Fruity aroma, like peaches; spicy aroma, like cinnamon. Light body, fantastically fizzy. Nice and malty, with lots of Belgian spiciness and hints of bananas. Really quite drying in the finish, with tingly alcohol. Brewed with dinkel - an ancient grain related to wheat - and woodruff.

The label says it's a "Dobbelen IPA Tripel", and that's exactly what it tastes like. It's hopped with Amarillo, Tomahawk, and Saaz.
