  Beautiful tawny amber color. Low head.
  
  Aroma (3½)
  Dark bread. Mild banana, some smoke. Odd hint of perfume.
  
  Mouthfeel (7)
  Medium-big body, which is much lighter than I expected. Surprisingly low carbonation. Sweet malt, dark caramel. Very mild banana behind the wheat. Just a little warming.
  
  Overall Impression (1½)
  Not bad, but not complex. Might be a bit oxidized.

Classic Irish-Style Dry Stout

Black. Creamy nitro head.

Aroma (4)
Mild milk chocolate, mild coffee. Clean malt.

Mouthfeel (8)
Light body, creamy and smooth. Roasty and even a little burnt. Malty. Grassy. Medium bitterness. Gets more burnt through the finish.

Overall Impression (1½)
Good beer, but maybe overly roasty.

Bohemian-Style Pilsener

Very clean.

Light, fizzy. Grassy-floral hop flavor, low-medium bitterness. Clean grassy finish.

Overall Impression (1½)
Good light beer. Very light Pils.

Vienna-Style Lager

Toasty, bready. Mildly nutty.

Mouthfeel (9)
Medium body, moderate carbonation. Smooth nutty, toasty malt all the way through. Floral-grassy hop flavor, just bitter enough. More hops in the finish, but still nicely toasty.

Overall Impression (3)
Real good beer.

Bready. Not quite as peppery as Oaty McOatface.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, smooth. Really really fruity. Green apple, green grape. Bready, almost a wheat malt character. Fruity, grassy finish with a medium bitterness.

Overall Impression (2)
Not a bad beer. Collaboration with Drastic Measures of Wadena MN.
