Rye. Some banana and lots of Belgiany esters. Hint of smoke. Black pepper.

Big body, mildly fizzy. Really malty, fiercely estery. Mild dill note. Mild caramel, mild toast crust. Grassy finish with a hint of banana peel.

Real interesting combination of two good beers. Collaboration with Badger Hill Brewery.

Really tropical and citrusy. Mildly spicy.

Big body, reasonably smooth. Mild biscuity malt gets buried by a massive floral hop flavor and quite a bit of bitterness. Lots and lots of hops in the finish.

Good beer, lacking only the malt flavor for balance.

Medium-big body, smooth. Big toasty malt all the way through. Dark bread crust. Mildly sweet. Really nutty. Very low floral hop flavor, very very low bitterness. Finishes bready, toasty, and just sweet enough, with a touch of warm alcohol.
