George Akin reminisces:

One of my favorite brewpubs. Brewing equipment installed in historic Century Hall in late 1987. In late April 1988, arson in a next door business, caused so much damage in Century Hall that it and the Century Brewing Co had to be demolished. At the time, two brands were available to be hand bottled on request. Brewing equipment was sold to Carver Brewing Co in Colorado.
