Thick, fizzy, creamy. Hugely malty, with a massive peach-apricot fruitiness. Medium bitterness. Fruity, malty flavors through the finish.

Yellow. Massive fluffy head from a lively pour.

Aroma (4)
A blast of Brett as soon as the bottle was opened. Earthy, like the inside of a barn. Fruity and tart, like green apples. A little grainy and a little smoky.

Mouthfeel (10)
Light body, fizzy, and tart. It's properly dry, but with just enough malt character. Earthy, with the usual horse blanket flavor. Lemony, green apple fruitiness. Finishes tart, fruity, earthy, and dry, with a nice touch of pale malt at the very end.

Overall Impression (3)
Fantastic beer, flavorful and complex. From the label: "Naturally occurring spontaneous fermentation creates this American Gueuze. Coolship brewed and wild cave aged. Dan's masterwork blend of three years brewing is sour citrusy, horsey and vintage worthy." Thanks to KJ Harnack for the bottle!
