      Maple, cinnamon, brown sugar. Some oxidation.
      Mouthfeel (7)
      Medium body, smooth. Pretty bitter, with lots of dark caramel malt and brown sugar. Mildly oxidized. Resiny bitter finish.
      Overall Impression (2)
      KJ Harnack says "brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal".

      Clean, mildly biscuity, mildly floral.

      Light body, fairly fizzy. Nice sweetish malt behind floral, grassy hops. Low-medium bitterness lingers in the finish.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Probably the most authentic Kölsch I've had in this country.
