Since 1997, Thirsty Dog has operated brewpubs in Copley, Canton, and Centerville. Those are all gone now, and they're brewing in this rehabilitated 140-year-old brewery building, formerly the home of Burkhardt Brewery.

      Medium body, hearty. Richly malty, nicely roasty. Grassy hop flavor, medium bitterness. Some licorice. Mild oxidation.

      Pretty tasty Porter.
