(This is the famous Budejovický Budvar beer; the brewery changed the name on the label in order to be able to import it to North America.) Bright golden, moderate carbonation, thick head. Lots of sweet malt aroma. Light body, lots of Saaz hop flavor up front with a mild lingering bitterness. Some DMS in the finish...otherwise a very clean and tasty beer. Thanks to Mike Deliman for sending the beer!
