Pittsburgh Brewing declared bankruptcy in December 2005. New owners took over in September 2007, and are operating the company as Iron City Brewing. In 2009, Iron City moved from their 143-year-old home to the former Latrobe plant; the corporate offices remain in Pittsburgh.
