It's the Big One...the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado. Last year, they hosted more than 41,000 attendees. They sold out of tickets last year, so go to gabf.org to order yours.

This year, there will be:

  • 411 Breweries represented on the festival floor
  • 1903 Beers on the Festival floor
  • 470 Breweries in the competition
  • 2815 Beers entered into the competition

Sessions:

  • Thursday, October 11: 5:30pm-10:00pm
  • Friday, October 12: 5:30pm-10:00pm
  • Saturday, October 13: 12:30pm-4:30pm & 5:30pm-10:00pm

Yep, started the 13th. Lots of beer being brewed there and lots of work for the asst.

Durango is a sweet town, though it is very expensive. I was able to slip into a condo about 2 bikable miles from work.

Its all been a crazy rush from Berlin to KC to Norfolk To SO Cal., to Norfolk and then to Durango all in about 6 weeks. Sorry I wasn't able to slip down and have a few with ya, but I've been running my ass off!

This is kind of OT so I'll cut it short and send you an email.
