I finally got time to stop into the little brewery, "7 Seas Brewery".  I've had their beer before at a local restaurant, but beer is always best at the brewery.  I tried three of their beers while there,

Port Royal Export Style Stout:  This is a nice dark ale.  It's my favorite yet...

British Pale Ale:  This ale is very good, a little light on the hops, but nice.  Available in take-out 1 pint cans (yes, I took some home).

Ballz Deep, double I P A:  A lot more malts in this one, still a bit light on the hops, and 8.4%.  Also available in take-out 1 pint cans (yes, I took some home).

I'm gonna have to go back for further research...  I was a bit worried about the "can" thing, but pouring into a glass, I had no matallic taste.

This brewery was kinda hard to find, stuck way behind a largs hotel and other bldgs.   Well worth the search.

Search out your local Brewery/Brewpub......

Can technology has progressed significantly in the last ten years or so. Many small breweries are starting to can their beer, and some are even getting rid of their bottling lines altogether in favor of cans.

A properly-made can is actually a better beer container than a bottle. It's light-proof and lightweight, and cheaper to produce and ship than glass.

have fun
