      Golden. Lots of flakes. Very high carbonation.

      Malty. Toasty, mildly grainy. Fruity and floral.
      Mouthfeel (8)
      Medium body, chewy and fizzy. Lots of sweet malt all the way through. Some alcohol in the finish, along with some fruitiness.
      Overall Impression (2)

      Big chocolate, mild roast. Nicely malty.

      Medium body, fizzy. Malty, chocolatey. Lots of black malt, really dry. Some astringency in the finish, along with some alcohol.

      Bright amber. Very high carbonation. Big fluffy head.
      Aroma (3)
      Toasty, bready.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Light-medium body, fizzy. Nicely malty, reasonably sweet, and fairly toasty. A bit warming. Just a hint of noble hop flavor, with a low bitterness.
      Overall Impression (2)
      Real tasty, nicely balanced beer.

    Belgian-Style Pale Strong Ale

      Deep golden. Hazy. Low head.
      Aroma (2½)
      Malty, smoky, a bit sulfury.
      Mouthfeel (7)
      Big body, fairly fizzy. Lots of sweet malt and quite a bit of sulfur. Big alcohol character.
      Overall Impression (1)
      Not as nasty as Old Monk 10000 Super Beer, but not a good Tripel. Brewed in 2006.
