Once upon a time, there was a Danish brewery named Indslev; Jacob Sjúrður Hansen tells its story:

Founded as Bryggeriet Heimdal in 1897. Name changed to Indslev Bryggeri in 1944.Named Bryggeriet Juelsminde briefly 1953-1955. The brewery only brewed low alc. sweet malt beers. Production of beer ceased 1973 and only sparkling soft drinks were produced at the brewery. 1st of October 1990 the last soft drinks were bottled and the brewery closed due to hard competition.The new Indslev Bryggeri is owned by the 27 year old Anders Busse Jensen, who is the great grand child of the founder`s brother(the original founder of Indslev brewery back in 1897). This will be a purely wheat beer brewery. Checkhere for old labels of Indslev.
