      Light body, fizzy. Sweet, biscuity malt with a big fruity hop flavor. Fairly bitter. Very faintly tart. Lingering bitter finish.

      Mild malt, spicy and molasses.

      Big chewy, malty. It has a candy-orange-slice sweetness. Some citrusy hop flavor. Low-medium bitterness.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Real smooth, tasty, nicely complex strong tasty beer. Thanks to John Peterson for the bottle!

      Oak, dill. Slightly tart.
      Mouthfeel (10)
      Light body, fizzy. Nicely malty, nicely tart. Very tasty whiskey note, with lots of oaky flavors. Extraordinary balance.
      Overall Impression (3)
      This is a fantastic beer. Aged in a second-use bourbon barrel for nine months. Only available in the Tap Room.
