Mouthfeel (8)
Medium body, fizzy. Sweet dark malt with a whole lot of oak flavor. Mild spicy alcohol. Tart. Grassy, resiny notes in the finish.

Very earthy. Some dill.

Mouthfeel (9)
Light-medium body, very fizzy. Caramel malt and earthy spiciness. Mild bitterness in the finish with a dill-hop character.

Barrel-aged and bottle-conditioned.

Aroma (3)
Sweet, clean wheat malt.

Mouthfeel (7)
Light body, immensely fizzy. Tart. Wheat malt flavor. Dry, Gueuze-like tartness.

Overall Impression (2)
Out of style, but tasty and refreshing. More like a Berliner Weisse than a Belgian Wit. "Barrel aged and bottle conditioned".

Tart. Fruity.

Mouthfeel (9)
Light body. Fizzy. Nicely tart and nicely malty. Mild sweetness balances the tart flavor. Just a hint of a nutty flavor in the finish.

"Ale brewed with chestnuts and spices. Aged in oak barrels."

Medium body, smooth. Lots of Brettanomyces. Lots of caramel. Nicely mildly tart and fruity.

Overall Impression (2)
Tasty, complex beer. Barrel-aged and bottle-conditioned.

Spicy, grassy, fruity, yeasty, earthy.

Light-medium body, very fizzy. Big caramel malt base. Earthy and spicy, with a bit of a dill character.

Overall Impression (3)
Real smooth tasty beer. "Ale brewed with spices...coriander, grains of paradise". Bottle conditioned.

"Ale brewed with cacao and spices". Bottle conditioned.

Lemony Brettanomyces. Grassy spiciness.

Light-medium body, moderately fizzy. Sweetly malty and also tart. Lemony. Earthy Brettanomyces flavor.

Overall Impression (2)
Similar to La Roja, but smoother, sweeter, more mellow. Barrel-aged and bottle-conditioned.
