Medium body, very fizzy. Lots of caramel character, fairly sweet. Finishes with a sweet spiciness.Overall Impression (3)

Deep red, slight haze, high carbonation, massive rocky head. Fresh spicy malty fruity aroma. Light-medium body, very fizzy. Lots of dark caramel malt flavor. Belgian spiciness is apparent but subdued. Hints of wood and raisins. Not as drying or warming as I'd expect at 9% alcohol. Very tasty beer. "Best before end 6/2005"…I think I'll put the other bottle away for a year or two.
