Overall Impression (2)
Very nicely balanced for an Imperial IPA.

Medium-big body, fizzy. Big berry flavor and sweetness. Mildly tart with a mild Brett character. Sweet, tart, fruity, bready finish.

Overall Impression (2)
"A Danish sour gruit ale based on a 15^th-century recipe and first brewed with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head in June 2007." Brewed with star anise, black thornberries, maple syrup, herbs.

Doesn't taste like beer at all. It's an "orange-carrot ale".

The menu says that Garrett Oliver had a hand in making this beer.

"Porter brewed with honey".

Very close to be a very refreshing beer.
