According to Jackson's Beer Companion, the wort is produced by Riva of Dentergem, West Flanders, and shipped to Liefmans for fermentation etc.

Red-brown opaque. Moderate short-lived head. Lots of Brettanomyces aroma, lots of spiciness, lots of caramel. Light-medium body, very fizzy. Big sweet malt character supports an intense fruity spiciness. Lots of caramel and some raisins. Plums, too. Slightly warming. Complex and tasty.

Richly malty, with loads of dark toffee. Grassy.

Mouthfeel (8)
Medium-big body. Low carbonation. Hugely malty, with sweet flavors of chocolate and toffee. Some alcohol. Some grassy hops. Really fruity, estery. Very mildly tart in the finish, with lots and lots of malt.

The bottle says it's good until 2016; I'll get another bottle or two and see for myself.
