It's amber, alright. Just a little dark. No head...maybe it's the glasses here? Very faint hop aroma, not much else. Thin, fruity. Fizzier than I'd expect. Very thin. Not a Real Good beer. Their description: "Amber color. Malty flavor. Strong hop aroma."

Dark amber, small head. Malty nose. Maybe a little hop aroma. Thick, a little lingering sweetness. Good bitter finish. A little fizzy. Their description: "Stew's Brew. A full rich ale, pale to deep amber, sweet malt flavor."

  • American-Style Pale Ale

Deep amber, good head. Rich crystal malt aroma. Strong flowery hops behind that. Seriously hopped. Long-lasting bitter finish is intense but not unpleasant. Some astringency in finish. Full body. Crystal malt isn't as obvious in taste as in aroma. Good beer! Special brew for 4th of July.

Nice light amber, good head. Flowery aroma, slightly chocolatey. Quite bitter. Heavy but not too thick. Pretty good beer. Very strong. 6.7% alcohol.

  • Robust Porter

Pretty dark, short-lived head. Good roasty aroma with hops underneath. Thin and fizzy. Roasty, but not enough body to carry it. It's OK, but there are far better Porters. Their description: "English style dark beer. Chocolate-coffee flavor with a bitter taste."
