Deep golden, hugely fizzy, thick head. Lots of Brettanomyces aroma, estery and slightly sour...very Belgian. Light body, really quite pleasantly sour and dry. Reminds me of a nice Gueuze! Lots of malt and lots of Brettanomyces character. Very very good beer.
