      Smoky, estery. Spicy. Some yeast and some alcohol.

      Light-medium body, moderate carbonation. Lots of sweet malt. Big earthy spiciness, somewhat phenolic. Quite a lot of yeast flavor, sulfury. Some tartness in the finish.

      Deep amber-brown, almost opaque. Dense head. Exploded like a freakin volcano when I opened it.

      Grassy. Spicy phenolics. Sweetly malty.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Light body, moderate carbonation. Clean malt and big grassy hops. Medium bitterness. Nicely earthy.
      Overall Impression (3)
      Excellent complex Saison.
