Upper Mississippi is in the old "Clinton Paper Company" building, across the street from the police station. They've got a full bar along with various yellow- and pseudo-beers, but why waste your time with those when Mark's tasty beers are flowing from his seven-barrel Pub Brewing system? A pint will set you back $2.75, a half-pint $1.50, and samples are 75¢. The lunch menu has the usual assortment of finger-food appetizers ($5-$9), salads ($7-$8), pastas ($7-$9), and sandwiches ($6-$8). (The tenderloin sandwich is obscenely large, by the way.) There's live entertainment in the bar on Saturday nights.
