The Schwemme at zum Schlüssel has huge windows that look out on the crowds walking the Bolkerstraße. Their Sticke Alt is available only on the third Wednesday in March and the third Wednesday in October.

      Bright brown. Thick creamy head. Sweet-toasty malt aroma with a big hop character. Medium body, low but noticeable carbonation. Pretty sweet. Fairly malty. Not even as bitter as the Füchschen. Some acetaldehyde and some diacetyl later.
