      Amber, some haze. Immense head. Toasty malt aroma, fairly spicy. Light-medium body. Richly malty and quite spicy. Hints of banana and apricot. Drying warming finish.

      Golden, lots of flakes. Moderate head.
      Aroma (3)
      Loads of sweet malt. Lots of candy sweetness.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Big body, incredibly fizzy. Massive sweet pale malt character, sweet like candy. Mild banana flavor. Mild spiciness. Mildly warming.
      Overall Impression (2)
      Despite all these "mild" characteristics, it's a pretty intense beer.

      Deep red-brown. Chunky. Thick dense head.

      Prunes. Mild ginger. Raisin. Hint of chocolate.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Big body, but not all that sweet, yet really malty. Spicy. Lots of dark fruit. A bit sticky in the finish.
      Overall Impression (2½)
      Tasty and complex.
