      Brown-red. Dense head.
      Aroma (3½)
      Biscuity, toasty, dark caramel.
      Mouthfeel (9)
      Thick, chewy. Big caramel, grassy malt with a lot of caramel. Grassy-floral hop flavor, low-medium bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden. Finishes floral with a bit of caramel.
      Overall Impression (2)
      Pretty good beer.

      Copper color, darker than any Berliner Weiss I've ever seen. Low head.
      Aroma (2)
      Peppery. Mildly papery.
      Mouthfeel (6)
      Light body, very low carbonation. Tartish. Sort of a caramel maltiness. Sort of a pickle juice finish.
      Overall Impression (1)
      Tastes like an oxidized kettle sour.

      Black. Low head. Alcohol and fusels. Medium-big body. Smooth, roasty, sweet, and alcoholic, with a realy interesting coconut flavor from the oak.

      Bright copper. High carbonation. Thick head. Fruity, earthy hop aroma. Light body. Big fresh earthy, spicy hop flavor and bitterness. Clean mildly astringent finish. Real nice Bitter.
