      Score: 16½ points
      Appearance (3)
Red-brown opaque, due to a poor pour. Dense white head.
      Aroma (3)
      Tart, malty, fruity — apples.
      Mouthfeel (8)
Light body, fizzy. Lots of malt lends a creaminess. Gueuze-like tartness, but un-Gueuze-like sweetness. Lots of tart fruitiness.

      Appearance (3)
Bright golden, except for the yeasty chunks I poured in. Thick foamy head.
      Aroma (3)
      Tart. Banana fruitiness.
      Mouthfeel (8)
Light-medium body, low carbonation. Malty with a big grassy hoppiness. Maybe just a hint of sage, but it's not obvious at all. Lingering bitterness at the end.

Interesting beer. "Swiss Golden Ale brewed with the Herb Sage". Bottle-conditioned.
