      Bright golden. Big thick head. Very mild fresh malt aroma. Light body, moderate carbonation. Sweetly malty, mildly toasty. Some mild hop flavor and bitterness. Clean finish.

      Amber, low carbonation, good head. The bubbles rise very slowly through this thick beer! Big caramel-sweet aroma. Big thick body, big caramel malt flavor and finish. Very drying at the end. Thanks to Bill Winsand for the bottle!

      Dark red-brown, opaque, low head. Dark caramel malt aroma with raisins and plums. Big smooth body. Lots and lots of dark caramel maltiness. Mildly sweet and very warming. Hints of oak and raisins. Nice alcoholic finish.
