Brewer Jeff Kolar packed up the gear from his old job at Port Washington Brewing and moved it to Sheboygan. He still brews the beer for Port Washington, along with his own new recipes. The bar also has a selection of four guest taps and about two dozen bottled beers and pseudobeers. They'll have their kitchen up and running in early 2004; in the meantime, you can call in a delivery from nearby Pit Stop Pizza.
