Deep red, massive creamy head. Toasty, caramelly, spicy aroma. Light-medium body. Spicy, like Chinese food! Lots of toasty-sweet malt. Fairly alcoholic and drying. There's an odd MSG/umami/soy-sauce flavor all the way through.
