The brewery started moving to this new location in March. Meanwhile, all the beers were contract brewed at Mendocino Brewing in Saratoga Springs, NY. I visited the new brewery on 05/30/2007 and met Paul Davis, the brewmaster. The brewery is now running and the packaging line is almost ready. They will add a retail store and customers will be able to purchase beer (no more than 8 liters per day per person, CT State law) at the brewery in a near future.
