      Bright red-brown, moderate carbonation, thick head. Toasty caramel malt aroma, with lots of fruity hops. Light body, big toasty mildly sweet malt flavor. Hop flavor and bitterness starts in the middle and grows quickly. Hints of chocolate at the end.

      "Ale brewed with coriander". Deep dark red, low head. Big coriander aroma. Medium body, darkly sweet like molasses, big coriander flavor and a long licorice finish that tastes a lot like juniper.
