An Italian "Doppel" Bock. Deep red-brown, high carbonation, thick head. Toasty, biscuity malt aroma. Big body, rich biscuit malt flavor, toasty mildly sweet finish. Not as "big" nor as "strong" as a true Doppelbock. Think of graham crackers dipped in chocolate!
