      Amber, hazy, thick head. Caramel aroma, with spicy notes like cinnamon and ginger. (Left over from the Holiday Ale?) Medium body, lots of caramel. Big spicy hop flavor and mild bitterness. Moderately sweet caramel finish.

      Orangey-red-amber. Nearly opaque. Low head. Rich toasty malt aroma. Medium creamy body. Toasty malt flavor, but lots of diacetyl too. Nice bitterness in the finish.

      Golden-amber, very low carbonation and head. Malty, alcoholic, sweet aroma. Medium-light body, malty flavor, almost flat. There's some grated ginger in here...I can just barely taste it.
