  Amber, hazy, thick head. Caramel aroma, with spicy notes like cinnamon and ginger. (Left over from the Holiday Ale?) Medium body, lots of caramel. Big spicy hop flavor and mild bitterness. Moderately sweet caramel finish.

Beautiful bright amber-brown, low carbonation, thick head. Big toasty malt aroma, with fruity hops and fruity esters. Light-medium body, big hop flavor with hints of plum. Mild bitterness grows through the finish. All of this is remarkably well-balanced on a big mildly sweet toasty malt base. Very nice beer!

Golden-brown, slight haze, good head. Aroma is berry fruitiness and toasty malt. Light body, big toasted malt flavor, mild hop flavor, and somewhat more than mild bitterness. Excellent Bitter!
