Closed in March 1998...rumor has it that Sam Choy was thinking about moving into this space. (It never happened, as far as I know.) Four regular beers, one more on rotation, and two guest beers from other Hawaii breweries.
Sharktooth #2 was located in Destin FL.

Brown, hazy, OK head. Floral, citrusy Cascades. Bitter, not very clean. Big hop finish. -

Amber-clear, good head. Fresh and fruity aroma...citrus/orange. Orange flavor...almost but not quite as intense as Orange County Bay Hawk Orange. Maltiness like Hula Girl, especially in finish.

Brown opaque, OK head. Hint of roasty malt aroma behind a lot more malt. Very malty beer, and very dry as well. Astringent late. Not bitter, but not out of balance, either. Good malty Brown Ale. -

Dark red-brown, good head. Fruity-citrus nose, like Sharktooth Amber. Big hop flavor, not sweet at all. Good beer, but not a Brown Ale.

Golden, moderate carbonation, OK head. Spicy sweet aroma. OK body, OK hop flavor. Lots of wheat. Clean finish. -

Pale, low carbonation, OK head, very slight haze. Malty nose, vegetal hops. Real Good Balance. Malty sweet with excellent hop flavor...and very smooth body.
