When I visited this place in October 1997, they told me the name would change from Hubcap to Schooner on December 1, but nothing else would change. Good beer!

      Red, flat, low head. Berry fruitiness in the aroma. Light body, roasty, fairly sweet. Drying roasty finish.

      Red-brown, opaque, thick head. Some clove aroma. Medium body, slightly spicy, finishes pretty quick. Not a lot of carbonation, not a very clean finish.

      Red-brown, nice head, moderate carbonation. Sweet aroma, like honey. Nice and thick, sweet, malty, pretty good balance. Dark sweet finish is just a little sticky.

      Yellow, low carbonation, thick head. Smells, spicy, fruity, a little smoky. Smooth, pretty bitter, pretty dry. A little sweeter, and it would be perfectly balanced. Lots of grainy maltiness late.
