Amber. Thin head. Nice caramel nose. Spicy. Malty, some biscuit character. -

Dark amber, looks flat. Smells dark. Sweet, with a bitter flash in the middle. Short finish.

Yellow opaque, good white head. Some spicy hops. Extremely sweet, cidery. Nasty. -

Says the bartender, "The Golden Ale looks a little flat...I wouldn't recommend it." She was right. Yellow, cloudy. Big sparse bubbles. Very malty aroma...pale malt, not crystal. Thick. Good maltiness. Sort of flat.
