  Red-amber, thick head. Big malty aroma, with a little DMS. Thick, big dark caramel flavor, sweet finish.

Overall Impression
Red-amber, lots of haze, nice tan head. Some alcohol in the nose. Sweet, some alcohol flavor. Tastes like candy. 23.5° Plato. They tried to lager it, but had lots of problems...it's really more of a Barleywine. Got to taste this one (along with the Pils and the IPA) right out of the tanks courtesy of brewers Tom and John!

Amber, clear, good head. Bright Cascade(?) hop aroma! Massive blast of hop flavor! Body's a little light for the style, but this is a Real Tasty Beer.

Bright brown-amber, moderate carbonation, thick head. Earthy, malty aroma. Light body, earthy-toasty malt flavor, drying finish.

Golden, some haze, OK head. Blast of green hop aroma. Blast of green hop flavor. Some malt flavor behind that, but mostly hops...too much. Brewer Tom: "It's aggressively hopped."

Amber with a hint of gold, low head. One lone bubble defines the carbonation. Flowery...maybe a little soap? Not too bad, if at all. Big flowery hop flavor and reasonably bitter. Finish lasts a long time.

Amber, moderate carbonation, nice head. Very pale-malty aroma, no hops nor crystal...interesting. Good body. Malty at first, followed by a good hop flavor. Not really bitter...finishes pretty clean.

Black, big brown head. Coffee aroma! Tastes like cold strong coffee beer. There's no real "beer" flavor, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Clear, golden, big head, low carbonation. Malt vinegar odor, not strong, but definite. Big wheat flavor start to finish. Too bad about the aroma...it's not a bad light beer.

Yellow opaque, high carbonation and good head. Hint of banana aroma. Real nice clove flavor. Just sweet enough. Could be bigger, but I'm not complaining.
